Phase 2: Patent Process
Provisional Patent Application

We will assist in drafting your Provisional Patent Application, PPA, including the elements of the more formal non-provisional patent application, NPA, only without the elements of the claims as these are not required or even desirable in a PPA.
We will work together so that we understand your inventive idea and with that understanding, I will be able to draft the PPA so that it will be easy for an attorney to convert it to an NPA.
If necessary, we will create and or edit your drawings for your PPA so that you will have a properly drafted PPA with the USPTO.
You will be able to email and either phone or video contact and we will give you updates on the progress so that you can see where your project is.
When it comes time to convert your PPA to an NPA we also provide those services and will draft your Utility or Design Patent for a fair and reasonable fee.
Note: This does not include the filing with the USPTO. You may file what we provide or I can do it with the filing service I provide based on either Micro or Small entity. Extra cost for Technology, App, Medical, more in-depth or Patent with claims.
There are no refunds on this service. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in three weeks from date of receipt of payment and signed agreement from you.
Patent Review
$299
We will review your patent application (Provisional, Utility & Design) and provide advice for 3 edits needed to ensure you will have a properly drafted Patent Application.
You will need patent drawings 2-4 pages and at least 4-6 written specifications including each detailed drawing section all done in the proper patent format prior to review.
There are no refunds on this service.
All these services include a complimentary hour consultation so please have any questions or concerns prepared to make the most of this meeting. Anything outside of an hour is $200/hour for further consultation.
Provisional Patent Drawings
$299-$599
Drawings will be created for your Patent Application (Provisional, Utility & Design) so that you will have a properly drafted patent that meets the requirement of the USPTO standards. The drawings created will have lined numbers to each element to describe each element in the Detailed Drawings Section of your Patent Application.

There are no refunds on this service. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in three weeks from date of receipt of payment and signed agreement from you.

Provisional Patent Filing: Micro Entity

We will help assist you in filing your patent application (Provisional, Utility & Design) and do minor edits so that you can be assured you will have a properly filed Patent Application with the USPTO. We offer 1 on 1 Patent Review before submission to ensure that the patent meets the requirements USPTO standards.
There are no refunds on this service. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in three weeks from date of receipt of payment and signed agreement from you.
All these services include a complimentary hour consultation so please have any questions or concerns prepared to make the most of this meeting. Anything outside of an hour is $200/hour for further consultation.
Utility Patent
$9999 & up
1. Patentability Search - A comprehensive research to prove novelty of each element of your invention. Identify novel elements of your invention with extensive patent and non-patent literature search. This will not only increase the likelihood of your success in prosecution.
2. Specification and Claim Drafting - The claims are the legally operative part of a patent application. You can receive maximum 20 claims and specifications covering all embodiments of your invention.
3. Preparation of all relevant forms - We will help you prepare the following forms for your application
Utility patent application transmittal form – Provides a list of the elements of a patent application and must be completed and signed by the applicant if submitted with the application
Fee transmittal form Form used to identify the fees that are being submitted with the patent application
Application data sheet – Form that lists bibliographic data including inventor information, applicant information , correspondence address, application, domestic benefit, foreign priority, and assignee information.
Small and micro entity status – Applicants who have small or micro entity status discounts on certain fees, which is based on criteria such as company size and income level.
Inventor’s Oath or Declaration
Information Disclosure form - Provides a list of relevant patent applications or patents we retrieve during patent search.

This does not include the filing with the USPTO. You may file what we provide or we can assist with the filing service I provide based on either Micro or Small Entity status.
